City of Tullahoma Resumes Paving Project

By Katie Northcott, News Director

The City of Tullahoma has resumed work on a roughly $1.5 million paving project that started in the fall.

On Monday, April 20, the city announced that its paving work had resumed after a break due to winter asphalt plant closures. The spring paving schedule will begin with work on Hunter’s Ridge, Kensington Lane, Leona St., Ham St., and Chattsworth Place.

“Surface milling will take place first, so please be aware of road work, machinery, and paving contractors working on the roads. Drive safely in construction areas, Tullahoma,” the city said in a Facebook post.
