Manchester Police Department has announced it is now offering Senior Outreach Service.

The program is free and is designed to support the safety, independence and well being of senior citizens and disabled residents in the local community.

Through weekly wellness check-ins, participants receive an added layer of support and peace of mind.

If the police department is unable to reach a participant, their designated emergency contact will be notified, and when necessary, an officer may conduct an in-person welfare check.
