On Thursday, Feb. 5, Dr. Marvin Carson, with Carson Chiropractic in Manchester, was arrested on charges of aggravated sexual exploitation of a minor.
According to the arrest warrant, a search warrant was executed on Carson residence in Tullahoma on Feb. 5. During that search, law enforcement allegedly found “numerous digital media containing graphic images of sexual activity, including an adult engaged in sexual intercourse with an adolescent child.” Carson allegedly admitted to purchasing the images after being mirandized.
Carson’s court date is set for 9 a.m. on Monday, Feb. 9.
According to his biography on the Carson Chiropractic website, Carson “serves as the Team Chiropractor for Motlow University sports teams, Tullahoma Wildcats Men’s Soccer team, and just recently has formed a partnership with Coffee County High School sports programs.”
“Marvin Carson is not an employee of Tullahoma City Schools, and he occasionally volunteered his chiropractic services on the sidelines during the Tullahoma Wildcats Men’s Soccer team’s games, under supervision. He last volunteered in 2024,” Tullahoma City Schools said in a statement.

We are aware of reports that charges have been filed against the owner of Carson Chiropractic. We want to be clear that the only chiropractor from Carson Chiropractic who works with our students is an associate—not the owner who is facing charges.
While we cannot comment on ongoing legal matters, we are reviewing our arrangement with the business. We are sharing this update now to prevent misinformation from spreading and to maintain transparency with our community.
Student safety is our number one priority. Thank you for your attention to this important update.
