Tullahoma Wildcat freshman Price Harden came off the bench and nailed two 3-pointers in the first half and hit 4-4 free throws in the second to help lead the Cats to a 76-47 win over Lincoln County at THS on Monday. The Lady Cats fell to the Lady Falcons 41-38.
Tullahoma will host non-district Cannon County on Saturday at 3 pm. Both games can be heard on 93.9 The Duck.
Wildcats 76 Falcons 47
A sluggish first quarter left Tullahoma (11-4) trailing the Falcons 16-13. Harden entered the game and hit his first 3-pointer, igniting the Wildcat offense with Austin Tinnon scoring six second-quarter points and Lukas Price five. But it was Harden’s second 3-pointer that capped a 12-2 run and extended the Cats to a 37-27 halftime lead.
Tullahoma grew that lead in the third quarter to 52-39, and Sam Bobo, Gage Allen, and Price all hit 3-pointers in the fourth quarter, while the Falcon offense could only muster eight fourth-quarter points.
In his first extended varsity action, Harden led the Wildcats with 12 points and added two rebounds. Tinnon earned the Midtown Nutrition Player of the Game with 11 points, 10 rebounds, and a blocked shot.

Jackson Knight scored 10 points and added five rebounds and two blocked shots. Price scored 10 with four assists and two rebounds, and Alex Bobo had another solid all-around game with nine points, six rebounds, three steals, and two assists.
Jayden Thompson added seven points and three rebounds, Payton Behrendorff scored six, Allen and Sam Bobo had three, and Colton Tinnon and Noah Jones added two each.
Lady Falcons 41 Lady Cats 38
Lincoln County’s Natalie Graham hit three 3-point shots in the first quarter to lead her team to an 18-9 lead after eight minutes. Tullahoma turned up the defensive pressure in the second quarter and closed the gap to 20-17 at halftime.
The Lady Cats pulled to within two, 27-25, after three quarters, thanks in part to an old-fashioned three-point play by Lizzy Sharpton, and tied the score 27-27 with 7:40 remaining in the contest. The Lady Falcons surged ahead 38-32 with 2:30 remaining, but Tullahoma pulled within one with 45 seconds left. However, Tullahoma couldn’t score again, and Lincoln County hit its final free throws.
Madison McCarl earned the Midtown Nutrition Player of the Game with nine points, three rebounds, and an assist. Sharpton scored 11 with three rebounds, two assists, and two steals. McLayne Bobo added nine points, Gena Hickerson scored five, Kenzie Farrell had three, and Zoie Roberts scored one.
Tullahoma will open District 12-3A competition when it travels to Lewisburg to face Marshall County on Tuesday. Tipoff is 6 pm on 93.9 The Duck, 939theduck.com, and the free 939theduck app.
