On Thursday, March 26, Magistrate Judge Christopher H. Steger of the Tennessee Eastern District Court approved a summary schedule in the case of U.S. v. Marvin Carson.
Carson is a Tullahoma resident and the owner of Carson Chiropractic in Manchester. Carson was first arrested at his residence in Tullahoma on Feb. 5 by local law enforcement and was later transferred into federal custody.
On Feb. 24, a Grand Jury indicted Carson on charges of knowing possession of or access with intent to view any film, videotape, computer disk, or material that contains child pornography knowing that the material is child pornography and that the material had been shipped or transported using any means or facility of interstate commerce or in or affecting interstate commerce by any means, including by computer.

Carson entered a not guilty plea at his arraignment on March 5.
The recently approved summary schedule is as follows:
- Defendant’s pretrial motions due – April 20, 2026
- Plea deadline – April 20, 2026
- Jury instructions due – May 4, 2026
- Final pretrial conference – May 4, 2026 at 3 p.m.
- Trial – May 11, 2026 at 9 a.m.
