Peterson Media Group, parent company of Thunder Radio, 93.9 The Duck, Whiskey Country Radio, and Rooster 101.5, is excited to announce the launch of the Southern Middle Tennessee’s Finest contest — a region-wide celebration of the very best people, places, and businesses across Coffee, Franklin, Bedford, and Moore counties.
Now is the opportunity for listeners and community members to nominate their favorites in more than 150 categories, ranging from restaurants, banks, boutiques and hospitals to police officers, community events, and more. Nominations will remain open through October 15th, after which the top nominees in each category will advance to the final voting round.
The contest is designed to be fun, engaging, and all about local pride — giving residents a chance to recognize the people and businesses who make Southern Middle Tennessee such a great place to live, work, and play. Winners in each category will earn the title of Southern Middle Tennessee’s Finest and the bragging rights that come with it for the entire year.
“This contest is about shining a spotlight on the best of our communities,” said Josh Peterson, Vice President of Peterson Media Group. “From favorite restaurants and trusted businesses to the people who serve and inspire us, Southern Middle Tennessee’s Finest is a fun way to celebrate what makes our region special.”
Listeners of Thunder Radio, 93.9 The Duck, Whiskey Country Radio, and Rooster 101.5 are encouraged to nominate and vote, ensuring that the contest reflects the voices of the community across all four counties.
